I'm Mosharraf Hossain Murad — originally from Feni, raised and based in Chattogram. I hold a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Port City International University and a Diploma in Engineering from Chittagong Polytechnic Institute. I'm a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience across network infrastructure, data center maintenance, and Terminal Operating Systems (TOS). My work has centered on Chittagong Port Authority — configuring 10+ Cisco and BDCOM switches/routers, managing 10+ mesh wireless access points and 20+ CCTV cameras, and resolving complex integration issues that keep one of Bangladesh's busiest seaports running without interruption.
Before moving into ICT, I spent over a year in industrial automation — commissioning control systems for H2O2 and H2 plants, installing field instruments to P&ID specification, and routing DCS panel terminations.
